September 2, 2002: Poster utility updated again |
| A fake mode has been added to the poster utility. This specific operating mode allows to use the poster program to pre-compute the final poster layout. This feature is then use by KDEPrint to present a nice graphical representation of the result. Get it at the KDEPrint downloads section. |

| The PS utility "poster" has been updated to support tile page selectio n, instead of always including all tile pages. Get it at the KDEPrint downloads section. |
August 28, 2002: Two new 3rd-party tools for KDEPrint added! |
| The downloads section has been enhanced with 2 new 3rd-party tools that can be used in conjunction with KDEPrint. The first one is a CUPS log file viewer that allow to easily browse, analyze and manipulate log files generated by CUPS. The second one is a PS utility to print large posters by splitting them small printable pieces: by using it as a filter within KDEPrint, you are now able to print for example a A0 poster on 16 A4 pages. |
